Fitness is not a destination but a lifelong journey of self-discovery, growth, and resilience. I believe fitness is more about consistently showing up for yourself. Each workout, each healthy choice, each setback, and recovery is a step forward. Fitness is a journey. This road can be smooth, bumpy, and filled with ups and downs, but with perseverance, determination, and consistency, you feel a change in yourself. I became a personal trainer as fitness has done so much for me physically and mentally. I want to share my passion for fitness with others of all ages and levels. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.

Demographics: All ages and fitness levels. Exercise is a journey. Everyone was once a beginner at something before they became committed. Whether you are brand new to exercise or seeking to learn or achieve new goals, I am here to assist you! 

Interests & Hobbies: Spending time with friends and family, hiking, nature, being with my fur babies, drinking a good cup of coffee, golfing, learning new things, and consistently challenging myself.
