Moehring brings a strong background in both leadership and community service to her new role. For the past 10 years, she has worked with Walgreens, most recently serving as the Store Manager at the Geneseo Walgreens since 2019. During her tenure, she led successful teams, fostered strong customer relationships, and strengthened operations to better serve the local community.
Her connection to the YMCA runs deep. Prior to her career with Walgreens, Moehring worked at the Kewanee YMCA, where she led youth programming and served as a lifeguard. This early experience with the Y sparked her passion for service and community impact—values that continue to guide her today.
A graduate of St. Ambrose University, Moehring holds a degree in Exercise Science and Biology, providing her with a unique perspective on health, wellness, and youth development.
