As the Member Experience Director here at the Two Rivers YMCA, Amanda leads the membership department and works hard to enhance the experience for every member who walks through our doors. She works closely with staff across the Moline–East Moline Branch to ensure a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment for members and guests. Amanda began her YMCA career as a Member Service Associate, later served as the Administrative Services Director, and most recently transitioned into the Member Experience Director role.
Amanda is a native of the Quad Cities. She holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Illinois Springfield.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys exercising, reading, spending time with her husband and two dogs, and volunteering with other non-profits throughout the Quad Cities community.
